1. Using the service
MediMojo provides patient, clinical, pharmacy, billing, and administrative workflows for participating healthcare organizations. Your use of the service may also be governed by terms and policies issued by the hospital, clinic, or organization connected to your account.
2. Account eligibility and security
Access uses a verified Google identity. Staff, doctor, and administrative accounts must be authorized by the relevant organization. You are responsible for protecting your Google account, using only your own access, and promptly reporting suspected misuse.
3. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another person’s records without authorization, bypass permissions, disrupt the service, introduce harmful software, scrape protected information, or use the service in a way that violates law, professional obligations, or organization policy.
4. Healthcare decisions
MediMojo supports healthcare workflows but does not replace professional clinical judgment. Patients should contact a qualified healthcare professional about medical questions. The service is not an emergency service.
5. Information accuracy
Users must provide accurate information and update it through the appropriate healthcare organization when needed. Authorized staff are responsible for reviewing information before relying on it for operational or clinical decisions.
6. Availability and changes
The service may be updated, maintained, or temporarily unavailable. Features can vary by organization, facility, role, configuration, and payment provider.
7. Suspension of access
Access may be revoked or restricted to protect patients, users, the healthcare organization, or the service; to respond to suspected misuse; or when your role or relationship with an organization changes. Required healthcare and audit history may remain retained.
8. Questions
Questions about your care, records, or access should be directed to the hospital or clinic through which you use the service. For technical administration, use the support route designated by your organization.
